Tim Rohde


Tim has 29 years of commercial construction experience. He has a BSCE degree in Engineering and 3 years of architecture studies from Lawrence Technological University. He spent 17 years working from a project engineer to Sr. Project Manager with a large Michigan based general contractor where he managed multi-million dollar ground up and site development projects. In 2001 he founded his own general contracting/construction management firm specializing in hotel, hospital and retail construction. Amongst his clients were Hilton and Choice Hotels, Home Depot and the University of Michigan Hospital. Tim has worked on projects that included every type of retail construction from Dental Offices to Grocery Stores. Since coming on board with SFV-LLGC in 2011 he has worked across the country on over 200 projects. He has been a member of the A.I.A (American Institute of Architects), B.O.C.A. (Building Officials Code Administrators) and C.A.M. (Construction Association of Michigan). Tim is active in his community and is a youth football coach.
