Site Assessment & Review of Landlord Deliverables

  • Review landlord work letter to provide expert insight into what our clients should expect to receive from a landlord.

3D Matterport Scan

  • 3D scan of the property that will provide all 3rd parties to have viewing access to the site, providing valuable information to design professionals and other interested parties.

As-built and Space Plan Design

  • In-house design team to deliver an as-built of the property and a space plan based on owner provided specifications.

Professional Opinion of Cost

  • Using existing conditions, expected project specifications, and landlord deliverables our team will provide an estimated cost of the project prior to a lease signing and/or construction documents being purchased and distributed. This cost can be subdivided between landlord and tenant work to better understand true tenant improvement costs.
