SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by SFV Services ("SFV Services," "we," "us" or "our") to mobile phone numbers whose owners have agreed to receive them. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
SFV Services is a construction and project management company. Our text messaging program sends operational and account-related messages to customers, contractors, vendors and project contacts who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages may include project and work-order notifications, scheduling and appointment reminders, site-access and arrival updates, document or approval requests, one-time verification codes, and responses to questions you send us. We do not use this program to send third-party advertising.
How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number to SFV Services and agreeing to receive text messages, for example by checking the text-message consent box on a form on our website or in our systems, by signing a written agreement or work order that includes a text-messaging consent, by texting a keyword we have given you to our number, or by verbally agreeing to receive texts when speaking with our staff (and we will confirm by text). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After you opt in, we will send a confirmation message identifying SFV Services and explaining how to opt out.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the projects or accounts you are associated with.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. SFV Services does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You may also use the words CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer
Text messages are delivered through participating wireless carriers. Carriers and the services we use to send messages are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and to your device being able to receive messages.
Privacy of Your Mobile Information
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and consent information are used only to provide the text messaging described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your information.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide an accurate mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to notify us if you change or give up that number so that messages are not sent to someone else. You agree not to use the program for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://sfvservices.com/sms-terms/. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after an update means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
